Digital portraits are ready within 5-14 business days after payment is received and photos are emailed to me.
Knitted art, banners and prints are ready within 3-10 business days.

Custom portraits are only digital and are emailed to you as a high-quality jpg and pdf files that you can print.
Personalized kids' portraits are printed and shipped to you. 21*30cm ships to you flat in a protective cardboard envelope. 30*40cm ships rolled in a protective cardboard tube.

I allow cancelations up to 6 hours after purchase. I put a lot of hard work into creating your orders. I do allow up to 3 revisions to portrait drawings and I'm ready to assist with any issue you may have with your order.
I make all of the custom products to order, so I do not accept returns for these products and all purchases are final.

I can combine multiple photos into one illustration at an extra cost. Please contact me for details.
Choose a photo that shows emotions and interaction between the characters. Must be clear and in a good-quality photo.

All illustrations are for personal use only. Contact me if you want it for business purposes.

You can hang it using small nails or clear command hooks. I love displaying it on a shelf or a peg rail.

For the United States, Canada, and Europe the delivery time is typically within 5-21 business days.
For Australia, the delivery time is typically within 7-28 business days.
I also offer express delivery which takes typically between 2-7 business days.
Please note that International orders can take longer during Holidays and busy times. Unfortunately, I have no control over the delays. Customers are responsible for paying any customs charges or fees that may be incurred.
